Each Sunday a congregation meets in the Upper Room at 11.00, continuing a tradition of Christian worship on this site that has already spanned several generations.  Many of us live quite locally, and Sunday morning gives us the chance to catch up with each other, as well as to spend some time studying the Bible together, praying, singing, and celebrating Holy Communion.  But it doesn’t all happen on a Sunday morning, and there are plenty of other opportunities for us to meet as a Church:

  • We have small groups that meet in people’s homes during the week.  These provide a forum in which we can encourage one another on the journey in a more informal setting.
  • We hold regular ‘New-comers’ evenings, where we take the chance to get to know each other a little better over a meal.
  • Social events, weekends away, study courses, quiet days and retreats are all regular features in the Church diary, and often give us a chance to take a break from busy schedules and the pressures of everyday living to focus on God more clearly than perhaps we’re used to.
  • We team up with other Churches in the area, working together to share our faith with the local community through a variety of projects and events.

We’d love you to join us.
