Here at the Clubhouse we hire out our facilities to raise income to further our  work. They are regularly used as rehearsal, training and conference venues.

We are ideally situated in the heart of London's West End, a few minutes from Warren Street and Great Portland Street tube stations, and within walking distance from Marylebone and Euston Stations and central London. Our office hours are from 10am to 5pm every weekday, although bookings for evenings and Saturdays are possible.

We are set back from the street, providing a quiet and peaceful enviroment ideal for all kinds of meetings. Our meeting rooms have natural light.  The building is fully accessible for the disabled, with a lift to all floors and two disabled toilets. Our rooms can be laid out to your specifications.

The Upper Room

The Upper Room is a spacious, carpeted room with large windows on two sides that flood it with natural light. Features Good Acoustics. Our Upper Room can hold 100 people theatre style and 30 people classroom style. At the far end of the room is a bar for serving hot or cold drinks. The Upper Room also has full multimedia facilities and each window has a blind to allow effective presentations and video-showings. This room has air conditioning and heating.

The Yellow Lounge

A smaller, more intimate meeting room (also ideal as a breakout room accessible from the Upper Room) our Yellow Lounge is adjacent to the Upper Room. Seating up to 10 in a more informal style, the lounge's comfortable surroundings provide an ideal venue for meetings and can also be set up more formally if required.

The Sports Hall

We also have a large sports hall with air conditioning, marked out as a basketball court, available for hire on weekdays.

We don't hire rooms out on Sunday's as The Church uses the whole building

Other facilities, including flipcharts, projector and screen, an OHP, stereo and a DVD/video player can be supplied at an additional fee. .
